Facilities Management Role - To Cover France region of stores
To be based in London or Paris
FTC - 12 months
Salary: Up to £38,000
We are recruiting for an iconic company that has a long and distinguished heritage, and that owns lots of famous brands which have catered for all generations for decades.
They are looking for a facilities specialist to be covering their sites in France (must be French speaking) in the successful execution of hard and soft services across their store maintenance.
You will be measured on the preventive and reactive maintenance of the sites which in turn will meet brand quality standards. You will be able to identify standard and complex maintenance issues and accurately diagnose, and resolve the most challenging of issues.
You will be working alongside the senior manager for European facilities management on all aspects of store/head office maintenance whilst using their computer aided facilities management software.
Your roles and responsibilities as a facilities specialist:
Implement and drive strategy within stores alongside scheduled visits of the stores to audit performance, and build strong relationships with managers.
Ensure compliance within legal requirements including health and safety across the stores.
Build relationships and partnerships with business partners and field management.
Communicate company goals including service expectations, and annual strategies across the stores.
Must have some general understanding in HVAC, electrical, fire safety systems, plumbing etc.The person we are looking for as a facilities specialist:
Fluent in French and English
Successful candidate would preferably have a degree in one of the following, facilities Management, engineering, business Administration, construction, but this is not essential.
Auditing related qualification
Must have 3+ years experience in facilities management - ideally across France
General understanding of health and safety, local building codes, DDA requirements.If interested please apply with an up to date CV.
